The consulting service operated at lcimi.com ('the Service') handles refund requests under the following terms.
1. Single Purchase & Service Delivery
- Nature of service: This Service is a per-session, instantly delivered digital customized consultation.
- Delivery determination: As long as the consultant attends the meeting as agreed or provides consulting advice, the service is deemed successfully delivered.
- Compliance breach: For users who violate the Terms of Service, since the service is already delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.
2. Sole Refund Scenario (Technical Failure)
- Refund condition: Only when a consultation cannot proceed or completely fails due to a technical failure on our side or reasons attributable to the consultant are you entitled to a full refund.
- External disclaimer: Failures caused by the user's own network latency, un-updated software, device malfunction, or by a third-party platform (e.g., WeChat/Telegram/WhatsApp) banning the account or by incorrect contact details are not within the refund scope.
3. Subjective Service Quality Statement
- No-refund principle: Our advice is based entirely on the background information you provide, has reference value only, and is not mandatorily binding.
- Subjective objections: Mere dissatisfaction with the consultation content, style or subjective quality, or subjective policy changes, do not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Feedback channel: We sincerely welcome your constructive suggestions to help us continuously improve future consultation quality.
4. Refund Application Process
If you meet the above technical-failure refund conditions, please apply via the following process:

- Required evidence: The email must include your payment email, contact details, failure screenshots (if any) and a detailed description of the issue.
- Review time: We will complete internal verification and respond within 5 business days of receiving the application.
- Crediting time: Approved refunds are returned via Paddle.com along the original path, with funds typically arriving within 5-10 business days (depending on your card issuer).
